You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to place an order on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

All products listed on our website are genuine and sourced from authorized brand distributors. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product packaging may differ slightly.

Orders are confirmed after prepaid payment is successfully received through our checkout flow.

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not a standard payment option and appears at checkout only if we have explicitly enabled it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued for prepaid amounts received.

Delivery is available to serviceable pincodes confirmed at checkout. We do not guarantee nationwide / Pan-India delivery by default.

When your pincode is serviceable, estimated timelines (for example Delhi NCR vs other serviceable areas) are shown at checkout and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

Delivery charges are calculated based on order weight and destination and are displayed at checkout before payment.

Normal product returns are not accepted. Please review product details carefully before ordering.

• Wrong item delivered or confirmed transit damage — contact us promptly with order details and photos; we handle these case by case
• Opened consumable construction chemicals are generally not eligible for return or refund

Where we approve a refund, it is processed to the original payment method. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
